A breathtaking dress adorned with voluminous dolman sleeves, offering versatility and sophistication to any wardrobe. This garment features a loose and comfortable silhouette that gracefully falls on the body. The hand-screen-printed dolman sleeves make a bold statement, complemented by a gathered waist adorned with delicate lace, and pleats and laces a little above the hem for a subtle touch. The hemline, slightly below the knee, adds an ideal blend of formality and casual elegance suitable for various occasions.

Crafted from soft Chanderi fabric, this ivory dress features delicate lace detailing and a gathered waist for a flattering silhouette. Hand-screen printed and finished with a front opening and fabric button and hook closure, it exudes timeless elegance. Comes with an inner cotton slip dress. 

THE DESIGNER STORY

Inspired by the Japanese ideology of wabi-sabi, referring to that which is imperfect, impermanent, aged, humble and authentic, Ahmev carries an aesthetic that embraces the value of the passing of time, the seasoning of time and the elements, the handmade and the simple. Wabi-sabi is a way of being open to emotions and of acceptance; a state of mind and a state of feeling. The philosophy of wabi sabi is embodied in the design process, being showcased in the finished designs through the subtle hues, natural materials, frayed edges and the visible stitching and asymmetry.
